Privacy Policy

This policy explains what PokeCoach (“we”, “us”) collects and why. We aim to collect as little as possible.

What we collect

• Account info: if you sign in, we receive your Google account email and a Firebase user ID via Firebase Authentication. We use this to identify your account and your subscription status.
• Billing info: when you subscribe, Stripe processes your payment and stores your card details. We store only a Stripe customer/subscription reference and your subscription status — never your full card number.
• Usage of the coach: questions you send to the AI coach are processed to generate an answer. We do not sell this content.
• Technical data: standard request data (e.g. IP address) is used transiently for security and rate-limiting.

What we don’t do

We don’t sell your personal information. We don’t show third-party advertising. The free tools (meta, calculator, team builder, simulator, item lists) work without an account and without personal data.

Service providers

• Google Firebase — authentication.
• Stripe — payments and subscription management (see Stripe’s privacy policy).
• Cloudflare — hosting, network security, and delivery.

These providers process data on our behalf to run the Service.

Data retention & your choices

We keep account and subscription records while your account is active. You can cancel your subscription from the Manage link at any time. To request deletion of your account data, email us at the address below and we’ll remove what we hold, subject to any records we must keep for legal/accounting reasons.

Children

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their personal information.

Changes

We may update this policy; the “last updated” date will change accordingly.
